Erste deutsche Ausgabe in einem Exemplar aus der Bibliothek des berühmten badischen Baumeisters und Architekten Jacob Friedrich Dyckerhoff (1774-1845), mit dessen handschriftlichem Namenszug und Datum "1794" auf dem Vorsatz. - "The first part is devoted to the construction of hydraulic machines and commences with a section on the movement of water, followed by sections on how the water wheel itself and the machinery depending on it should be arranged in order to maximize the work. The second part is on the construction of flour mills with sections on various arrangements of mill equipment followed by experiments. The third part is a practical treatise on hydraulic machines, canals, coursed, and sluices; wheels, gears, pivots, and other elements of machinery; the construction of machines and the calculation of their effects with applications" (R&T). - Die Tafeln zeigen verschiedene Wasserräder und ihre Konstruktion. - Leicht gebräunt.
